As your Buyer's Representative, I can make the process of house hunting a bit more efficient than if you did it all yourself. We will tour homes and depending on the type of financing you will be utilizing, make certain the home meets FHA, USDA, or VA requirements.

Then we'll negotiate with the seller or seller's Representative to make sure we make your offer contingent on inspections and financing, if necessary, as well as get the most favorable terms.
