Once you receive an offer, you will need to complete a purchase contract, negotiate the terms and determine which contingencies you will or will not accept.

First, I will prepare a comparative market analysis and come to your home to determine your specific upgrades and updates to determine the most appropriate listing price for your home. We can also make your home more appealing to potential buyers with staging techniques. Your home will then be advertised on hundreds of sites, including the MLS, where other Realtors and their customers can view your home on line. We will work together to arrange showings at days and times that are convenient for you. I will be there for inspections, appraisals, the closing and beyond. Your goals are my priority!
